Beer and Diabetes

Diabetic people can still drink beer. I have been drinking beer for five years ever since I was diagnosed as diabetic at 2004.

Beer has wheat germs which help our insulin to function better in our body after we eat.

Beer contains B3, B6, B12 and folate which help our HDL to go up and our heart to stay strong.

Beer especially contains a polyphynol compound which is the same as provided by red wine.

Polyphynol compounds promote the youthfulness if you take them consistently in your daily life.

I drink one to two beers a day.
