I think coffee has done a world of good for me regarding my health.
I drink about six cups of coffee or more a day. My body PH is slightly-BASIC (7.2) and I have had no digestive problems for the past five years. This is the reason I believe drinking coffee has no side effects on my body.
After five years of intensive coffee-drinking, I have greatly improved my insulin efficiency and raised my HDL level.
P.S. I drink my coffee with powder creamer and Splenda.
