Diabetic Diet

Diabetes is a one way street. Once you are diagnosed with diabetes, you will always be a "person with diabetes."

Having a low-carb diet seems to be the best diet in helping to maintain your health.

With a low-carb diet you may be able to bypass some of the high blood sugar damage to your body. A low-carb diet provides the minimum amount of sugar needed for energy to your body.

Low-carb food will be quickly used by your body to convert sugar to energy and your organs will not be damaged by any excess blood suger circulating in your body.
