Frozen Wild Blueberries

Blueberries are one of nature's best source of antioxidants.

They contain 14% of fiber, vitamin K and C.

I have been eating blueberries for the past five and half years with my morning cereal and salads. Just one tablespoon each time.

Frozen wild blueberries are the best kind of blueberries for you, because they are 3x more potent than ordinary blueberries.

They are picked fresh from the field, then frozen right away to maintain maximum antioxidant activity.

You can easily find them in the frozen foods section of the supermarket and they are available all seasons.
