Nutritious Whole Eggs

Eggs are probably the best food nature has to offer.

Egg yolk contains choline which promotes our aging brains' ability for cognitive reaction.

It also has lutein to improve the health of our eyes.

Egg's composition of LDL/HDL is a perfect balance to help improve our lipid profile.

One large egg is 75 calories, and it takes two to equal the calories you get from consuming one oz. of nuts.

I eat six eggs every week.

  1. Years ago, they thought eggs were ultra-high in cholesterol. Luckily, that was later shown to be inaccurate, which is a good thing, because I love eggs.
