Physical Flexibility

After exercising, we feel a worn out because vigorous physical activities create some tears in our muscles.

In order to mend the minor injury we have caused to our body due to exercise, we have to provide the nutrients our muscle needs.

L-Glutamine is the building block for building muscles back in our body. It is a kind of amino acid, which compose more than 60 % of our muscle.

It will fill in the muscle tears and make our aging body stronger with time.

I take 1000mg before exercise and another 1000mg right after.
