As far as I am concerned, tomatoes and cucumbers are the best vegetables.
Tomatoes contain lycopene which is considered as an effective cancer fighting compound. It also reduces cell damage caused by the aging process.
Cucumber has potassium which is important to help regulate our heart beats, and is also a very good digestive aid to help for weight loss.
I incoporate both into my daily meal plan five times a week.
