Vitamins and HDL Increase

I would consider having the right vitamin intake to be crucial in the quest to increase your HDL level. I have seen many people follow their doctors advice and do lots of exercise in order to increase their HDL level with little to no success.

I suspect that the reason for a low HDL level is because your body is under stress with a high level of imflamation, creating a lot of free radicals as burn-out trash. The free radicals exhaust your HDL molecules which bind them and transport them outside the body.

As more HDL moleucles are exhausted, your HDL level will decrease. That is the reason we have to take vitamins and minerals to help reducing the cleaning job of HDL.

It is essential for you to keep your free radicals in your blood at a minimum in order to maintain a higher level of HDL.

I will share with you how to do that in the coming blogs.
