benefit of sweat

Skin is the largest organ in our body, in order to make sure we have strong immune system. we need to have ways to clean out some toxins from our body regularly.

Sweat is one of the most effective way to get rid of toxins from our body. That is part of the reason we need to excercise or take turkish bath often enough.

After you sweat, you want to wipe it off or take shower, so the toxins will be washed away quickly.

I excercise five days a week. In different variety of programs.
