Every evening for five nights of the week I will cook dinner for two of us.
I usually shop grocery on Saturday,then wash them and bag in sandwich bags individually.
I buy all kinds of vegetables in at least five different colors.
The portion wise will be always 5:1 vegetable against meat or seafood.
I have to have another section to discuss how I buy vegetables and proteins.
When I cook,I pour 2 tbsp. of olive oil in wok on high heat,
One minute later, pour the cleaned mix 5 color vegetable into wok.
Fry for 2 to 4 minutes, depend on the toughness of fibers.
Right before take off wok from heat, add a little bit of salt for taste, dividing cooked vegetable onto two plates.
Dig out two tbsp. Smart Balance into wok, put wok back to high heat.
Before oil smoke, about 1 minutes, slide the prepared meat or seafood into wok.
Stir fry for a few minutes, turn off the heat , pour it onto two plates with cooked vegetables.
