Light version morning start

For all the list on the original morning start, you should stay with Acidophilus, Breakfast,snack mix.

For the nutrients, take as many as you can stand, from the order of:Alpha Lipoic Acid& acetyl-L-Carnitine HCL,Chromium Picolinate,L-Carnosine,L-Glutamine, and MSM.
