Morning Start

I start my morning five days of the same, as follow:

1). Take one Acidophilus pill from the fridge.. with water.

2). I make 2cups of brewing coffee. some cinnamon inside the basket before brewing.

3) I make my special blend hot cereal.--Recipe in food section.

4). While waiting, I take some pills, with 18 oz of water.
  • 1 Alpha Lipoic Acid 300mg.
  • 2X Alpha Lipoic Acid(300mg)&Acetyl L-Carnitine HCL(500mg)
  • 2X L-Glutamine(750mg)
  • 1 Zinc 25mg.
  • 1 Chromium Picolinate 200mcg.
  • 1 Biotin 1000mcg.
  • 1 L-Carnosine 500mg.
  • 1 Milk Thistle 300mg.
  • 1 Magnesium 250mg.
  • 1 DHEA 25mg.
  • 1 Co-Q10 50mg.

5) I use some non-creamer and 1 pack of Splenda in my coffee.

6) After breakfast, I take a zip-bag of mix nuts ( recipe in food section ) and dry cereal mix ( also in food section ) to work.

You are probably surprised by the number of pills I take, believe me if I can find other way to arrive my today's health,
I have already done it. Unfortunatley Taking pills is the only way to supplement our aging bodies.

I have done this five days aweek, for the past five and more years, it is very theraputic and soothing for your stomach.

The other two mornings of the week, I eat out, Eggs, Meat, Tomatoes,--keep carb<15 mgs.
