Nuts and HDL

Six years ago, I started to eat a lots of mix nuts everyday, about 2-4 ozs a day.

I believe mix nuts is one of the most important reason that my HDL number

gradually moving up from 51 to 93 today.

My mix nuts combination is as follow:

Pistachio nut

Almond

Walnut

Pecan

Peanut

Brazil nut
