Among all sugar substitutes, considering the availability, chemical structure, and easy of use, I like Splenda the most.
Splenda is a derivative from sugar and it will not denature while cooking with heat. I think it probably does the least damage to our body .
That is if you have to use some sweetness.
Please do not use in excess of 8 packets a day to limit the chemical effect on our body.
