Melatonin

Melatonin is commonly called nature's sleeping pill. When it's dark outside,

the pineal gland in the brain manufactures melatonin to help you sleep.

Some people use it as a cure for jet lag.

Melatonin is a powerful antioxidant, it can stimulate the immune system.

Because it enhances the immune system,it may show promise of cancer treatment.

It also lower cholesterol levels which benefits the cardiovascular system.

By helping to alleviate our number one and two deadliest diseases,

it's no wonder this hormone is being touted as an anti-aging"wonder drug."

I take 3 mg.a day 30 minutes to one hour before sleep for the last six years.
