Baby boomer workout

We aging boomers need to be very careful about workout. Our bodies do not repair injury from exercise as fast as if we were young.

The best exercise for aging body is walking, you may walk 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, do not injury yourself ,

and still get most benefits of exercise.

If you are willing to take supplements, such as some vital amino acid to repair your broken muscle fibers,

then, you can build up your muscle back by doing some strength training and body works ,20 minutes a day 3 days a week.

If you do strenuous workout on your body, you will injury yourself at cellular level and it need to be repaired,

if you don't repair your muscle fibers, your body will grow scar tissues to try to repair itself, you will feel

more and more stiff in your movement later on.

So, I would recommend to take 1.5 gm L-Glutamine before and after exercise., It will help your muscle to heal.
