Baby boomer energy revival handbook

I am 60, feel like 40 for a good 7 years now, let me share my secrets of getting my energy back with you!

Three points to get back your youth.

1). Grow brain volume back and more,

a: Do aerobic exercise 30 minutes a day, 4 days a week.
b: Drink coffee, 4 to 6 cups a day or use caffeine drinks, because caffeine helps to wash away plaques in your brain.
c: Use cinnamon powder as often as you can, 1/2 tea spoonful or 500mg a day, it sensitize your insulin, reduce inflammation
caused by insulin resistance due to aging process.

2). Eat food only nature give to us, such as, meat, seafood, eggs, vegetables, fruits, nuts,......
also means no sugar, cake, cookie or dying for foods.

3). Take basic foundation of supplements.

a: Alpha Lipoic Acid+Acetyl-L-Carnitine HCL 500mgX3 a day in the morning. It kick up your energy production.
b: L-Glutamine 750mgX3 before bed to repair muscle and increase volume of muscle while you sleep.
