Reverse cataracts naturally

Two month ago, I was told by my ophthalmologist that I have a serious case of cataracts in my right eye due to decades of using medication on rashes comes off and on on my upper right eye lid.

My vision then for right eye was 20/40 with newly prescribed eyeglasses, I could not read well at all. The only modern medical solution for me is eye surgery to change lens for both eyes because I am severely near sighted.

I decided at the time, to try to treat my cataracts naturally, nutritional supplements, eye exercises, water liquify my body.

Now, 2 months later, my right eye has vision of 20/25 and I got rid of most cataracts in it, I can read on my computer and books comfortably again.

I would like to share my experience with you, hopefully you will try it before decide to have eye surgery.

Everyday, I take:

3 X 1 X 1400mg Fish Oil/980mg Omega-3 from Nature's Bounty.
3 X 2 X 500mg L-Carnosine.
3 X 1 X 1000mg Vitamin C .
3 X 1 X 80mg to 150mg Bilberry extract
3 X 2 X 1500mg MSM.
2 X 1 X 20mg Luetin .

Then, I exercise my eye everyday, 3 times a day, 5 seconds each to squint my eyes and roll eye balls up, down, left, right.

Last, I sip water throughout the day but not over 6 oz an hour.

Above procedure works for me, maybe it will work for you as well.

I will reduce the amount of my supplements to the minimum once I think my cataracts are under firm control and in stable condition, no longer be inconvenient to my daily chores and reading.
