Most heart diseases are caused by decades of unrelenting aging process done to your body. I have some suggestions to help you to counter these damaging effects.
1). Reduce Triglycerides( Free fat particles ) in your blood by adhering Protein diet, it could be: Modified Atkins diet, Zone diet, Paleo diet or others as long as minimize the uptake of simple carbohydrates.
2). Take 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder everyday to clean off " Plaques" from inner wall of your blood vessels.
3). Take 3 X Omega-3(DHA+EPA) 980mg everyday to reduce inflammation of your blood vessels.
4). Take Calcium + CoQ10 ( amounts to be decided by your Doctors ) to strengthen your heart beats.
Moderate exercises also help, 30 minutes , 5 days a week.
Above procedures has been followed by me since 2004 to protect my heart health. In 2004, after 6 months of starting this regimen, my Triglycerides has dropped from 297 to 84, my HDL raised from 60's to 93, also an added bonus, my weight has dropped from 148 lbs to 114 lbs.
