<p dir="ltr">Make long story short, through my ferociously research, my understanding of Diabetes is as follow:</p>
<p dir="ltr">1). Your liver and kidney start to go off track, produce way too much glucose and begin to release to your blood stream.</p>
<p dir="ltr">The reason for that is your nutrition balance becomes unbalanced due to aging, your body short changed a few important amino acids which are integral part of protein regulate enzymatic activity of sugar production.</p>
<p dir="ltr">2). By providing a synergy of important amino acids to your diet . you will gradually bring the balance back to your body.</p>
<p dir="ltr">This is the way I eventually " Cured " my diabetes. Believe it or not.<br><br></p>

Whether you are a diabetic or just want to lose weight and keep the weight loss, Avoid sugar rush after meal is probably the most important thing you can do for your health because then you will be able to keep insulin level low, less body fat will be formed.
Some simple steps I have found to be very helpful are following:
1). Take 4 Gummies before meal. (Fiber Well from VitaFusion,each Gummie has 2.5gm soluble fiber.)
Reason: Soluble fiber will form a gel -like wrap to take cholesterol and blood sugar to process through liver , then excrete out body.
2). Have a handful Walnuts or a square of butter or a table spoonful of olive oil to begin your meal.
Reason: To plug the entering valve from stomach to small intestines., as to slow down digestion.
3) Have some vinegar with your meal, better yet, have a Romaine salad with Oil & Vinegar.

king of lettuce as far as soluble fiber count.
4). Have a drink, wine or beer or spirits, but no mix drink.

your blood for the time being.
Above steps are developed from my recent research, I know it will help you to control your weight and blood sugar control for diabetic, I am a diabetics myself. It works for me, I do not know why it would not work for you?

Following is just my simplified version of money needed after retirement:
First step, figure out how much you spent a year now,
Take your Gross yearly income as stating point.
Minus:,Federal, State, Local Taxes, Medicare, SDI, Social Security payments,also payments to all retirement contributions,then, also
minus Savings.( maybe Mortgage payment also if you will pay it off by then.)
For Example, Gross income: $150,000 a year.
After all deduction, you know you only spent Net about $45,000 a year.
You need to add some extra Medical expenses into this number for both of you. I say around $12,000 includes 2 branded name medications.
Also, some taxes, like $6,000 Federal and State.
Now for unexpected expenses add 10% to the total above.
Now you need $69,000 a year to get by the way you live now.
Income after retirement: you and your spouse together gets about $41,000 a year if you did work 30 years and your wife did not work at all.
Now you deduct $41,000 from $69,000, you need to come up with $28,000 a year, which when calculate return at 4%, you then need to have saving of $700,000. Come on, you must have some assets by now already, they can be converted to savings as well.
My point is: don't sweat over too much for retirement, it may not be as bad as you feared.
