Body work

Body work is my favor class. I don't like to exercise alone so I always go to classes.

If you are a beginner, go to the class a little early and tell the instructor that you are here to move around and want to feel better about yourself mentally.

You are not here for any purpose of training for any race.

Sometimes the instructors can be too helpful, so you have to ask them to back off a bit on you.

Because it is easy to get injured by over repetition of weight lifting.

After warming up, it is possible you may be injured without even noticing in the heat of the moment.

We need the exercise, but only with caution.
