Best Diet

Low carb. diet is the best diet for people who have hypertension.

Carbohydrate turn into sugar(glucose) in about 45 minutes after you ate. Sugar either get burned and release a lots of free radicals, or stay in your blood, cause systemic stress for your body; again, that will release a lots of free radicals.

Free radicals in your blood will suck up your good cholestrol HDL, to leave you with low HDL.number.

Also, when blood contains a lots of radicals, circulate our organs, in the meantime accumulate on the walls of our blood vessels. create stress and inflammation, the blood vessels become rigid and narrow.

That is how we start hypertension.

Again, Low-Carb. diet is the best diet for hypertension.
